Eastgate Maritime Training Center Inc. was established and started its operation on April 2006 headed by its President Capt. Emmanuel L. Regio which primarily goal is to provide quality in-house training program and technical courses for maritime industry. These courses intend to help seafarers enhance their knowledge and skills concerning their job responsibility and safety awareness at sea. EMTCI also caters specialized in-house training program to educate the crew of its sister manning companies (Island Overseas Transportation and Eastgate Maritime Corporation) and most of our courses being conducted were specially developed to meet the objectives required by our client.
Training Office is located at 3rd & 4th Floor Eastgate Center, 169 EDSA, Mandaluyong City where enrollment procedure,registration and training concerns are being processed. Classrooms are purposely designed for theoretical use and laboratory exercises of trainees are fully equipped with Computer and Projector for multimedia presentation. On the same year EMTCI acquired first class and state of the art full mission bridge ship simulator from TRANSAS to be able to accommodate trainee's needs and requirement on the use of simulator training. And just recently, management decided to purchased and installed ECDIS Simulator Equipment from ARI to cope with the latest industry trends in simulation technology. Other equipments/instruments that we have: Marine Electrical and Generator Panel, Hydraulics/Pneumatics Trainer, and Computer Laboratory Room with various Computer-Based Training programs installed such as:

Training Site Facilities are also available where practicum and actual exercises for technical courses are being conducted. Facilities available:
